Mr. Kimi Alexander, founder and Managing Director of Hillpoint Group, has over 25 years of experience shaping the business and acoustics sector. He draws on both engineering training and business management expertise to steer Hillpoint’s growth.

He established Hillpoint in India in 2005 before expanding into key markets including Qatar, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. In 2017, he set up a manufacturing facility in Palani, Tamil Nadu, supported by an in-house R&D center that develops practical solutions for projects across the GCC, Africa, and Sri Lanka.

His leadership has earned Hillpoint recognition through awards such as the SME Excellence Awards (Qatar, 2016 & 2018), the Bizz International Award (Houston, USA), and a place in Outlook magazine’s list of Top 10 Acoustic Consultants in India.

Today, Hillpoint is recognized as a trusted provider of comprehensive acoustic solutions, built on Alexander’s focus on quality, customer trust, and long-term partnerships.

Mr. Manoj Paulose

Director

Mr. Manoj Paulose, Director of Hillpoint UAE, brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction and acoustics sector. Over the last decade, he has focused on delivering acoustic design and build projects across the United Arab Emirates, helping clients achieve effective noise control and sound management in diverse environments.

He holds a postgraduate degree and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA), combining financial expertise with deep industry knowledge. At Hillpoint UAE, Paulose leads a skilled team that manages projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery.

Under his leadership, Hillpoint has become recognized in the UAE as a trusted provider of acoustic products and turnkey solutions, known for professionalism, client trust, and long-term value.
